When will my order arrive?
We have 3 delivery options depending on how excited you are to receive your wedding stationery
Standard Dispatch:
Digital – allow 7 working days from final approval – (this includes guests lists, payment or any other changes we may be waiting on authorisation from you for)
Foil Stamped Invitations – allow 12-14 working days from approval
Express Print: Full steam ahead
Dispatch will be 4 working days from approval
Super Rush: Does not apply to Wood or Foil Stamped. Applicable for digital products ONLY.
Same day dispatch. MUST be ordered by 10am of the same working day. Approval MUST be given by 11am in order to meet print deadline. Changes will add on an extra day
Dispatch will be same working day, subject to conditions of order.
If you need to make any changes to the design, wording, colour changes or quantity, timing takes effect from ‘finalisation’ of the design. The same applies for our Express Print delivery option. Printing cannot commence until all items of your order are approved and finalised.
If you have chosen Express Print we will dispatch the order on the 2nd full working day (i.e: order finalised after 9am on a Monday – 2 day print & post will be dispatched on the Wednesday of the same week). If you are unsure please contact one of our offices for clarification.
Any adjustments to your order made by you, the customer, will delay dispatch. We will advise of this at the time of the requested change.
We are unable to accommodate requests for quicker dispatch and delivery unless you have chosen the Express Print service.
Print commences 12 hours after time of final approval, including artwork, receipt of payment & receipt of all guest lists. You will receive a tracking email, advising that your order has been dispatched from our office in Palm Beach. Please contact us if you do not receive your order as per the instructions on the email.
All orders within United States shall be shipped using United States Post – Express post service. If your order is not received within the time specified, Wedding Invitaions online shall endeavour to trace your order. No responsibility is taken for loss or damage to goods caused by Australia Post.
If your order is urgent and requires shipment sooner, we suggest using our Express Print option which ensures priority on our printing press
Delivery Options
- Express post** within United States = $18.00. Delivery in 8 -14* business days within the Express Post network – most areas are next day delivery however regional and WA areas are quickest possible delivery time hence advising up to 14 days.
- Express print (Printing done in 2 ‘full’ days) & Post** within United States = $50.00. Delivery in 5 business days within the Express Post network
- Super Rush = $100 (same day dispatch, Express post** for next day delivery within the express post network) order MUST be made by 10am. Artwork must be approved by 11am of the same day
- International delivery anywhere outside of United States = $80.00
** You must be in an express next day delivery area for us to meet this delivery.
United States Post Standard Delivery times for our samples
- Delivery within NY – 1-2 working days
- Delivery to MS, FL: 4-5 working days
- Delivery to WA: 5-7 working days
These timetables are guidelines only and based on reasonable expectations and experience.
